Kim can not remember a time when she was not dribbling a basketball.  Growing up in the “basketball belt” of  West Texas she always had a basketball in her hands.  Attending every basketball camp in the area during her childhood years, she would come home and play basketball camp instead of playing Barbies!

Kim was coached & mentored by some amazing women during her school years.  After graduating from Texas Tech University with a degree in elementary education, she combined her love and knowledge of basketball with her teaching abilities.  Kim knew she wanted to develop a program that was different than playing a basketball game …. she wanted it to focus on individual ball handling and dribbling skills. What started 25 years ago in Hale Center, Texas is now a program available in several states through 70 franchise locations operated by amazing franchisees!  It continues to be called Teams of Tomorrow … TOT since its inception in 1990.

You might think that Teams of Tomorrow is all about basketball.  In a way it is, but it encompasses much more. 

We do use a basketball as the main tool during our classes

...and we do learn all sorts of amazing ball handling and dribbling drills

...and we do put on an amazing halftime show

...and we do wow the parents with our Shine Time finale!

But equally important is the concept that TOT teachers model and teach

Work hard!  Do your best!.... and Good things will happen!
