Cindy Waller worked in early childhood for ten years as a Motor Development Teacher.  In that position, Cindy witnessed the amazing motor development of children from 6 months to 6 years old and how children’s brains are more open to learning with enriching influences.  Prior to that, Cindy had a satisfying 20-year career in the corporate world as a Marketing, Training and Operations Manager. A lifelong interest in fitness and an opportunity to work in children’s ministries at her home church introduced a new passion for children’s health.

 After seeing a Shine Time performance in Austin, Texas and the impressive movements and self-discipline of the TOT children, Cindy began the process to become a certified TOT instructor and TOT awarded her with a franchise for the Spring, Klein, and Tomball area.   Cindy appreciates that this multi sensory enrichment engages all types of learners and that in addition to academics and athletics, TOT appeals to both boys and girls.  She is confident the children will benefit from the movement and music found in TOT’s brand of development available in no other enrichment program.  That’s because the unique, one of a kind curriculum and activities are written by educators based on the latest brain research!  That research confirms that exercise builds brain cells.  The highlight for children and parents is when the TOT kids show off their skills at a half time of a high school basketball game and again at an end year Shine Time performance.  Performances at the half time of the Harlem Globetrotters and pre-game Houston Rockets have proven to be great experiences for TOT families!  She is thrilled to bring the TOT program to the community.  

Cindy and her husband, Gary, have been married for 21 years.  They have two children, Paul and Randi, their son-in-law Todd and two beautiful grandchildren.  Cindy learned about TOT by seeing her grandson perform at a TOT Shine Time celebration.  Cindy volunteers in the Children’s Ministry Sound and Technology Team at her home church and the family is involved with many other community and faith based organizations as well.
