About Hannah Blair

Hannah is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a B.S. in Child Development and Masters in Public Health. As an educator, she has worked with children and families as a Preschool Teacher, Behavior Specialist, Nanny, and Community Health Educator, prior to becoming a TOT Director.
In August 2011, Hannah Blair started the TOT franchise in Knoxville. TOT is a unique basketball handling and dribbling skills program, focused on motor development and includes an academic readiness component. Hannah is ecstatic to share this quality program with children and families in our area!
Hannah's true passion lies in educating children and empowering them to make healthy lifestyle choices. TOT allows her to combine her knowledge of Public Health with her desire to positively impact young children. TOT gets children moving, learning and invested in a lifelong love of being physically active.
The TOT Knoxville program was designed specifically for preschool aged children (ages 3-5) and runs September-May. One of the highlights of the TOT year is our half-time performance. Our TOT Superstars have performed at Thompson Boling Arena during the half time of the Harlem Globetrotters games and at both the Men's and Women's Tennessee Volunteer's basketball games. The crowd is blown away by their awesome skills and the students are so proud! When June rolls around TOT Summer Fun swings into high gear!
TOT is proud to share this high quality enrichment program with children and families in Knoxville! Through consistent and developmentally appropriate teaching methods, all will have a blast growing their minds and bodies! In TOT, we are moving to learn and learning to move!
What do local Directors and parents have to say about TOT Knoxville? Testimonials....
"TOT
has been a valuable addition to our program. I have been pleased with
TOT and all that our students have gained from participating." -Melanie Miller, Pre-K Director, Christian Academy of Knoxville
"We
choose to share TOT with our families because it provides children the
opportunity to develop large motor and listening skills and to begin
instruction in teamwork. It provides parents a stress free opportunity
to give their children some of their first 'lessons.' Their child is
already at school and they take class with all their friends. The
children also enjoy the public performances. We have been very pleased
with TOT!" -Marty Troutman, Director, West Hills Baptist Preschool & Kindergarten
"TOT
was a trans-formative experience for both me and my son. As a mother,
it pushed me to see the great potential my son had in terms of bravery
and confidence-he performed in front of a crowd of thousands-he can do
anything! My son remembers the experience too whenever his confidence
waivers. Thanks for all you do." Briana Rosenbaum, parent
