About Ashley Justice
Ashley Justice, Aggieland TOT Director
What an incredible opportunity! Ashley is so excited to bring TOT to the area of College Station, Bryan, Navasota, and Brenham. Before being awarded her Teams of Tomorrow franchise, Ashley has worked with TOT East Texas where she fell in love with how TOT combined preschool level concepts with basketball, the sport she has loved since an early age. It was an incredible fit! She has a BA from Northwestern State University with a focus in Early Childhood Development. After graduation she taught preschool in Longview as well as in College Station. It was while living in College Station years ago that she began to think of how perfect TOT would be for this area. She feels her experience with preschool children and love of basketball have created an amazing foundation for this next chapter of life! She has been extremely blessed to be given this amazing opportunity to teach the most unique program available and continue making a difference in the lives of children!
Ashley is married to Jacob, a theater teacher. They have three children, Aleyna, Abby, and Jack. Her hobbies include taking road trips with her family and spending time with friends. She also is a Disney fan, having gone to Disney World nearly 20 times.

Being a member of a TOT group will give students confidence and memories that will last a lifetime! TOT students will learn 25 ball handling skills and have the opportunity to perform these skills in front of a crowd at a half-time performance of a high school or college basketball game. Students SHINE for their families and friends when they receive their trophies during their end of the year SHINE TIME CELEBRATION. So come on, let’s get moving!
