Franchise Features: Jana Stubbs & Sissy Rogers

OWNING A BUSINESS TOGETHER!

Meet Jana & Sissy, TOT Franchisees who are in their 11th year of operation.

“We are TOT® franchisees, business partners, sisters, and opposites! But two things we have always shared a passion for is working with kids and basketball. And simply put, TOT® has been one of the BEST decisions either of us has ever made!!!

This partnership allows us to combine our strongest attributes and varied work experiences. This, combined with all of the tools provided by the TOT® franchise, has given us a solid foundation to build the strongest, most well-rounded business we could have hoped for.

We are able to share responsibilities, which helps us maximize our time and ultimately share this incredible program with more people. But more importantly, our partnership gives both of us someone to share in all the joys and personal rewards that we experience through TOT® every day!!!”

Jana Stubbs & Sissy Rogers
Franchise owners since 2014
